Junior Doctor Strike
There is a planned Junior Doctors Strike from 7:00 am on Wednesday, 17th December until Monday, 22nd December 7.00 am. GP’s will still be available, but please bear with us. The NHS asks if you can choose services appropriately during this time and take steps to help care for patients who need it most.
Using 111 Online as the first port of call for health needs, 999 for serious or life-threatening emergencies ONLY.
Wear a Face Mask
To help keep everyone well this flu season, we’re now asking all patients and staff to wear a face mask when visiting the surgery. If you’re feeling unwell with any cough, cold, or respiratory symptoms, please make sure to pop one on before coming inside. If you’re eligible for a flu vaccine and haven’t had it yet, now is a great time to book your appointment. Protecting yourself also helps protect those around you. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and healthy!

VIDEO CONSULTATION
Patients at Woodgate Valley can consult by the LIVI app with extended access hub doctors at weekends and in the evening.At other times, if you have a telephone consultation with a GP they can send a text message to your smartphone and consult using video if they feel it will add more information.
